THE ORDERING PROCEDURE ...

Here is the basic process of what will happen once you have placed a Search Engine Optimisation order ...

As a Search Engine Optimisation firm, we will analyse your website and the websites of your competitors. This will give us a general overview of your market niche, before we start on the MAIN Keyword Research.

Our next step is to run a full Keyword & Competition Analysis. This is the starting point of all our work and the results will be the foundation of our whole SEO campaign.

If required, we will then complete the On-Site Optimisation by adding / updating on page factors like Title, Description, Keywords in your Head Tag and H1, H2, Bold, Italics, Links, Content and keyword density in your Body tags. These elements are all part of the 'behind-the-scenes' code that makes up a web page.

Depending on the complexity of your website, this On-Site Optimisation work usually takes 5 to 10 hours to complete.

We will then start on the Off-Site Optimisation which is about 95% of the work. This is also known as 'Link Building'. We will generate the required number of Back-Links (as deduced from the initial Keyword and Competition Report) to ensure that your site achieves a First Page Search Engine Listing.

This Off-Site Optimisation work takes 6 months or more. It could be done quicker, but generating a large increase in Back-Links in a short period of time, can raise a flag with the Search Engines, as it deems this be be forced and un-natural link-building.

When we initially optimise your website, we ensure that Google Analytics is installed onto every page. There is no extra charge for this. The Google Analytics code is supplied by Google and will allow you to easily monitor traffic volumes, traffic sources, pages viewed, bounce rates, keywords used and a whole host of other data.

Directory One-Way Links will be placed on Directories that are matched to your genre, as close as possible, and will all be 'do-follow' links. If the tag is added to your link, the Search Engines do NOT count that link towards your website's rank).

Forum/Blog posts/threads will be made on forums/blogs as closely related to your website genre as is possible. All links will contain your targeted anchor text to help build your link popularity and search ranking.

Blog posts are made to individual do-follow blogs across a broad spectrum of IP addresses.
