You can now simply sit back, show us what the problem is and we will endeavour to fix it for you. You'll be able to watch exactly what we do, on your monitor. You can also end the connection at any time.

Once a connection is ended, you will then have to supply is with FRESH security information for us to log on again. The system is 100% secure and safe.
