All our support and development charges are fully transparent. We charge £12 + vat per 15 minute time segment as an "On Demand" service, so no contracts.

We provide support via Email, Chat, Freephone Telephone or Remote Viewer. The remote viewer allows us to securely login to your computer, so that you can see everything we do in real time.

Our support services are provided through the ZENDESK cloud support software. All time and telephone support is recorded and documented, and clients can login to their support account, at any time, to view their support history and listen to their telephone conversations.

Invoices are auto-emailed to clients on the first day of each week, for the support provided during the previous week. Payment is required within 10 working days of despatch. Payment can be made directly from the invoices that we send out. We use Freshbooks as our time management and invoicing system. Payments can be made directly by Credit/Debit Card or Paypal.

If NO support or extra development work is required during the month then NO Invoice will be raised.
